Moussaka’s should be set up before service.
For each moussaka place relish in bottom of baking dish.
Next, add pasta tomato sauce then sprinkle with feta
Layer eggplant, then onions on top of feta.
Spread moussaka sauce evenly across top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and asiago.
Bake in 500° convection oven for 5 minutes.
Place cheese leaves on small square plate. Set moussaka (in dish) on top.
Sprinkle center of moussaka with diced tomato.
Sprinkle with chives. Serve.
