Ingredients

4 ½ cups

Specs

bread crumbs, toasted 3 cups 6 cups  
Italian parsley, chopped 2 TBSP ¼ cup  
fresh rosemary, chopped 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
fresh oregano, chopped 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
fresh basil, chopped 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
olive oil 2 TBSP ¼ cup  
salt mix 3:1 1 tsp 2 tsp  
pepper, fresh ground, fine ½ tsp 1 tsp  

Combine all dry ingredients in the robot coupe until green, slowly add olive oil.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.

FOR DOUBLE BATCH, PROCESS IN 2 BATCHES
