Choose from one of several intimately designed cooking classes in Chef Don's kitchen at Volterra. Unique demonstrations of professional culinary techniques, fabulous food presentation and tricks to successful menu planning make this a truly memorable and inviting opportunity. Each class showcases the culinary delights found in the Pacific Northwest and finishes with an intimate dinner for your guests  Participants indulge in culinary creations and socialize in a warm setting.  Menus can also be custom designed for 6 to 8 guests.  Gather old friends for a private class or make new ones in one of our Italy series below.
