Bruschetta 2 slices    

Currants in Balsamic

1 tsp    
pinenuts, toasted 1 tsp    
arugula, clean ½ oz. wt.    
Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 fl. oz.    
Balsamic Roasted Onions 2 TBSP    
Marinated Bell Peppers 2 TBSP    
frisee, clean ½ oz. wt.    
shaved Reggiano parmesan ½ oz. wt.   Reggiano
chives, chopped ½ tsp    

Re-heat bruschetta on grill.

Cut bruschetta into ½" wide strips.

Toss with salad ingredients.

Plate on white grape plate.

Garnish with shaved parmesan and chives. Sprinkle across top of salad.
