Ingredients

1 1/2 cups

water 3/4 cup    
balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup    
zante currants 1 cup    
       

In small saucepan bring water and vinegar to a boil. Add currants and let cool at room temperature.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
