Sensitivity: Do Not Add more Saffron Tea than is called for!

Ingredients

1 cup

9 cups/½ gallon

Specs

Mayonnaise 1 cup 9 cups  
Saffron Tea 2 TBSP 6 TBSP  
garlic, fresh minced ½ tsp 6 TBSP  
sherry vinegar ½ tsp ¾ cup LaPosada
Salt Mix 3:1 ¼ tsp 2 ¼ tsp  
sugar ¼ tsp 2 ¼ tsp  
       

Whisk all ingredients together in stainless steel bowl.

Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate
