Ingredients

1 cup

 

Specs

water 1 cup    
saffron threads 2 tsp    
       

Lightly toast the saffron threads in a small pan in a hot oven for 10-15 seconds.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN!

Place water and saffron in small saucepan.

Bring to rolling boil.

Cool to room temperature.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
