romaine, hearts clean, whole 2 oz (wt)    
Piquant Vinaigrette 1 Ĺ fl oz    
Tiny Croutons 1 TBSP    
shaved Manchego cheese Ĺ oz (wt)    
Taboulleh 2 TBSP    

In a bowl toss romaine and vinaigrette.

Place on plate neatly with all leaves facing same direction.

Garnish with tiny croutons and shaved manchego.

Place Tabouleh at base of leaves.
