Sensitivity:  Stir occasionally to prevent burning.


2 cups

4 cups


potato bread, crust removed, cut into ¼" dice 2 cups 6 cups Macrina
Herb Oil 2 TBSP 6 TBSP  
paprika, Spanish sweet 1 tsp 1 TBSP Harvest

In large bowl drizzle croutons with Herb Oil and sprinkle with paprika. Toss while you do this to ensure even coating.

Note: Be sure not to crush up croutons while tossing.

Spread in a single even layer on parchment lined sheet pans.

Bake in 300° convection oven, fan on, for 8-10 minutes until crisp throughout. Be sure to stir ½ way through cooking.

Let cool on sheet pans, then place in airtight container and store at room temperature.
