cut romaine 6 oz wt   Charlie’s
Caesar Dressing 3 fl oz    
parmesan 2 TBSP (3/8-1/2 oz wt)    
Tiny Croutons ½ cup (1 oz wt)    
Marinated Chicken Breast 6 oz wt    
Italian parsley, sprig 1 each    

Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and mound on plate.

Sprinkle with parmesan then croutons.

Meanwhile, grill chicken to order, slice ¼".

Place hot grilled chicken on top of salad

Garnish with parsley sprig.
