Romesco Sauce squeeze btl. 1 tsp    
pea vines 3 pieces    
Mushroom Tart 1 each    
snipped chives 1/2 tsp    

Place tart in convection oven to warm at 500į for two minutes.

Squiggle Romesco sauce from top left corner to lower right corner.

Place two pea vines in upper left and 1 in lower right corner.

Remove tart from oven. Cut out small slice with sharp knife. Place in center of plate with slice slightly pulled out at lower right corner.

Sprinkle with chives. Serve.
