baguette 1 each    
olive oil as needed    
salt mix 3:1 as needed    
pepper, finely ground as needed    
Roasted Garlic Butter ½ cup    
       

Slice bread diagonally about 3/8" thick.

Brush both sides with olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fire-grill to toast.

Smear with roasted garlic butter.
