Sauté "A" ingredients in saucepan for 2 minutes.
Add "B" Marsala and burn off.
Add "C" and whisk to combine.
Dissolve "D" arrowroot in water and stir into sauce.
Whisk occasionally and let reduce until reduced by ¼ volume. Remove from heat.
Add "E" Marsala to refresh the Marsala flavor.
Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
