Marinade:

Basic Lemon Marinade

2 cups    
lemon juice, fresh 1/4 cup    
Italian parsley, chopped 1/2 cup    
       
artichoke hearts, quartered, drained well 1 10# can    
       

Whisk together "marinade" ingredients.

Gently toss with artichokes.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
