fresh basil, chiffonade, lightly packed ½ cup 1 cup  
lemon zest, fresh minced 3 TBSP 6 TBSP  
orange zest, fresh minced 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
garlic, fresh minced 1 tsp 2 tsp  
salt mix 3:1 2 tsp 4 tsp  
red chili flakes 1 tsp 2 tsp  
granulated onion 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
olive oil, pure ½ cups 1 cup  
canola oil 1 ½ cups 3 cups  
       

Whisk ingredients together, stir in basil.

Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
