Ingredients

1 gallon

 

Specs

water 4 cups    
salt mix 3:1 2 cups    
white sugar 4 cups    
coriander seed, whole ¼ cup    
white pepper, fine ground 2 tsp    
allspice, whole 1 TBSP    
garlic, fresh chopped 1 TBSP    
ice cubes 1 gallon    
       

Bring all ingredients except ice to a boil.

Boil 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar.

Remove from heat, stir in ice until is melted.

When ice has melted, it is ready to use.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
