Sensitivity: Make sure calamari is well drained!!!

calamari tubes and tentacles, prepped

5 oz    
garlic, chopped 1 tsp    
capers, rinsed 1 TBSP    
olive oil 1 TBSP    
red onions, minced ½ oz    
Italian parsley, chopped 1 TBSP    
lemon juice 1 TBSP    
Sauteed Calamari Sauce 2 oz    
salt mix 3:1 ½ tsp    
black pepper, freshly ground ¼ tsp    

Mix "A" ingredients together on counter.

Heat a black steel pan on the stove for 2 minutes.

Add oil, red onions, calamari mix ("A" ingredients), parsley, lemon, calamari sauce, salt and pepper and stir quickly.

Plate and serve immediately.


Add ingredients rapidly. Do not over cook calamari.
