Ingredients

1 cup 2 TBSP

4 ½ cups

Specs

fresh Italian parsley, chopped 1 cup 4 cups  
garlic, fresh minced 2 tsp 3 TBSP  
capers, rinsed 2 TBSP ½ cup  
champagne vinegar 2 TBSP ½ cup  
salt mix 3:1 ¼ tsp 1 tsp  
white pepper, fine ground 1/8 tsp ½ tsp  
basil leaves, packed tightly ½ cup 2 cups  
chives, chopped ¼ cup 1 cup  
water ½ cup 2 cups  
       

Place all ingredients in bar blender and puree until very smooth.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
