rosemary twigs as needed    
       

Depending on length of rosemary twigs, either cut in half or don’t.

You want pieces about 5"-6" long.

Strip lower leaves from twig, leaving at least one inch of leaves at tip of twig.

Soak in cool water at least one hour to prevent burning.
