Place artichokes in baker drizzle chicken stock over them.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs & parmesan.
These may be set up to this stage ahead of time.
To order, bake at 500° for 5 minutes until hot throughout and bread crumbs lightly browned.
Sprinkle top of artichokes with parmesan.
Set on small square plate lined with a cheese leaf.
Set lemon wedges and oregano sprigs on cheese leaf and serve.
