| Garlic, whole peeled |

Directions:
Place ingredients in a glass, baking dish large enough to hold them.
Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake in a preheated 350°
oven for 1½ to 2 hours, or until soft.
Remove from the oven and cool. Drain before using. Save Oil.
