Sensitivity: Make sure the garlic is coarsely chopped for this dish.




Olive oil 1 ounce    
Garlic, chopped coarsely 1 Tbsp    
Salt Mix* As needed    
Ground Black Pepper As needed    
Red Chili Flakes As Needed    
Rapini, washed and chopped coarsely 1 cup, loosely packed    
Chicken Broth ˝ cup    
Orecchiette Pasta, cooked 2 cups    
Pecorino Romano Cheese 2 Tbsp    


In a medium sauté pan, cook the garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes until the garlic is brown.

Add the rapini and sauté, stirring well, to evenly coat with the garlic.

Add the chicken broth and reduce a little. Heat the pasta in a pot of boiling water few a few seconds.

Drain well and toss with the sauce and the pecorino romano cheese
