2 cups/18.5 oz wt



capers, rinsed 2 tsp    
mortadella 8 oz wt    
sundried tomatoes 2 TBSP    
parsley, fresh chopped 4 TBSP    
rosemary, fresh chopped 2 tsp    
thyme fresh chopped 4 tsp    
marjoram fresh chopped 2 tsp    
oregano fresh chopped 2 tsp    
garlic fresh chopped 2 tsp    
black pepper, fresh ground fine 1 tsp    
olive oil Ĺ cup    

Place mortadella in robot coupe, process until coarsely chopped.

Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended, but with granules of mortadella still visible.

Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
