simple syrup (get from bar) 1 bottle    
Grand Marnier cup    
fresh lemon juice 6 TBSP    
lemon zest, finely minced cup    

Place ingredients in a stainless coated sauce pan.

Bring to a boil and cook to a temperature of 210 degrees.

Cool and place in a clean container. Label, date & store in the pantry dessert refrigerator.
