8 cups



fennel, sliced crosswise 1/8" 5 cups/20 oz wt    
red onion, sliced moons 1/8" 2 cups/5 oz wt    
blood orange segments 2 cups    
blood orange zest, long 2 TBSP    
olive oil cup    
salt mix 3:1 1 TBSP    
red chili flakes tsp    
blood orange juice cup    

Gently toss all ingredients together until just combined.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
