Dolmas 5 each    
Lemon Olive Oil Zabaglione 2 fl oz    
tomato, skin only, diced ¼" 1 TBSP    
oregano sprigs 2 each    
       

Steam Dolmas 5 minutes until hot.

Place diagonally slightly offset from upper left to lower right corner.

Sauce across Dolmas, covering each one. (sauce will puddle on plate)

Sprinkle tomato across Dolmas in opposite diagonal.

Place sprigs in upper right corner.
