Baguette sliced diagonally " thick 2 each/28 oz wt 4 each/56 oz  
Herb Oil as needed as needed  

Brush baguette slices lightly with herb oil.

Place in single layer on sheet pan.

Bake in 325 convection oven, fan on, for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp throughout.

Let cool on sheet pans.

When cool, store in airtight container at room temperature, label, date, initial and refrigerate.
