Mini Goat Cheese (see recipe Procedures) 1 oz each    
Tapenade (see recipe Apps Cold) 2 TBSP    
Spicy Greens (see recipe Vegetables) 2 TBSP    
Sun Dried Tomato Pesto (see recipe Sauces Cold) 2 TBSP    
Crostini (see recipe Bread and Bread Products) 9 each    
oregano, sprig 2 each    

Place mini goat cheese in center of plate.

Make quenelles out of tapenade, greens and sundried tomato pesto.

Place evenly spaced around goat cheese.

Place crostini in groups of 3 between quenelles.

Place sprigs in goat cheese. Serve.
