Yield: For 4-6 Salmon



Bing Cherries, fresh, pitted and cut in half 3 cups    
Shallots, diced 1/8 inch 1/4 cup    
Basil, fresh chopped, gently 1 TBSP packed    
Italian Parsley, chopped 1 TBSP    
Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup    
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/3cup    
Water 1/4 cup    
Salt Mix As needed    
Black Pepper, fresh ground As needed    

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cover. Prepare at least 4 hours before serving. 

Spoon this relish over Copper River King Salmon after grilling.
