basil leaves, picked and rinsed 2 lb    
garlic, peeled Ĺ cup    
toasted pine nuts 2 cups    
olive oil 5 cups    
parmesan 3 cups    
salt 2 TBSP    
pepper 1 TBSP    

Put all ingredients except olive oil and garlic in robot coupe.

Pulse in oil.

Pulse in parmesan.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
