In an oval baker, smear 1 TBSP goat cream, put the stem pieces on top of sauce.
Add 1 TBSP goat cream cheese.
Arrange tip pieces on top.
Add 2 TBSP goat cream sauce.
Put the proscuitto slice lightly torn into 3 pieces on the top.
Sprinkle with parmesan and bread crumbs.
Bake at 550° for 5 minutes
